The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of the replacement of sanitary sewers, improve site surface drainage and repair and replace various concrete items in 50 townhouse units located in Waterloo, Ontario. The value of this service contract is not expected to exceed $1,115,000.00 CDN, including all applicable taxes. The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the ITT document on or before the submission deadline of 12:00 p.m. EST, on December 13, 2013. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
