The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) requires a Client Management System (CRM) for Canada Business in Atlantic Canada to accommodate the new two tiered service delivery model. The successful bidder will implement and host a Microsoft Dynamics solution to manage client interactions, record statistics, and deliver customized reports. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier "1" stream for Domain 2: ERP/CRM. NOTE: Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Method of Supply is refreshed on a quarterly basis.
