Parks Canada Agency Solicitation Number: 5P404-13119 Trade Agreements: NAFTA, AIT The work covered under this project is the provision of Helicopter services for the capture, blood test, euthanization, and removal (sling) of up to 110 elk and 40 white-tailed deer in RMNP during the winter of 2013/14 in Riding Mountain National Park of Canada. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by May 31, 2014. Solicitation Closes at 2:00PM Central Standard Savings Time (CST) Monday, January 27, 2014. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority.
