NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:

For the supply and delivery of Monitors for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract for the monitors as defined in Annex “A” Requirement in the Request For Proposal.

SECURITY:  There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

BASIS OF SELECTION:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

DELIVERY DATE:  All the deliverables must be received on or before March 28, 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
