    Nature of Requirements: Hunter Engineering Specialized Balancer and Tire Changer and associated components.
    
    For the supply and delivery of Hunter Engineering Specialized maintenance equipment comprised of a tire balancer, automatic tire changer and accessories for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa Ontario.
    
    Requirement is in accordance with the Requirement at Annex A.  This is a “No Substitute” requirement.
    
    Delivery Date:  The Crown is asking for delivery by March 28th, 2014.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with offerors on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
