NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Service to the public Cap tourmente National Wildlife Area, Saint-Joachim, Quebec Solicitation No.: K2C58-13-1096 Contracting Authority: Marie-Christine Blais Telephone No.: 514-496-1929 E-mail Address: marie-christine.blais@ec.gc.ca DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The mandate is to provide roviding the staff necessary to ensure the delivery of service to the public, interpretation services and controlled hunt services to the various clients of the Cap Tourmente NWA. The Contractor must deliver the following services: 1) ticketing services 2) parking services 3) services to the public 4) interpretation services, to the general public and to groups 5) greater snow goose controlled fall hunt services DURATION OF CONTRACT The term of the contract is of two (2) years from the contract award date. option to extend the term of the contract for a maximum of three (3) additional periods of one year each SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 – Security and insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. MAXIMUM FUNDING The maximum funding available for the contract resulting from the solicitation is : $850,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra)
