The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to operate and provide maintenance and support services for identified HVAC/ Refrigeration and Boiler equipment and related components and accessories at DRDC Toronto.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $260,000 for the first (1st) year. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year period.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000.  Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.


The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of Reliability Status, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
