PROJECT SUMMARY: 

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for Telecom Deep Cycle Batteries.

This requirement is subject to the following Trade Agreements:

•	Agreement of Internal Trade – AIT 

The Responsive Bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The initial quantity required is 250 batteries with an irrevocable option to acquire up to an additional 500.

All of the initial quantity (250 batteries) is requested on or before March 31, 2014, or best possible.
Delivery to be made to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Regina, SK.  Options can be exercised prior to March 31, 2016 and must be delivered within 60 calendar days.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
