Description
This is a Tender for a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA). The National Gallery of Canada (NGC) requires a qualified Contractor to provide Door Maintenance Services, on an “as and when required” basis for its various buildings. It is important that the successful Contractor understands that a very high degree of quality workmanship will be expected from them. The selected Contractor must be willing to perform work on an “as required basis”, as outlined in the Scope of Work (Section C) as well as being able to provide 24 hour emergency service with response time not exceeding 2 hours from the time the call is placed by NGC.
