Description
Qualified firms are invited to submit a COMPLETED TENDER FORM for a surface parking lot construction project at the Victoria Memorial Museum Building property in Ottawa, Ontario, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference. Project schedule: The Contractor may commence the Work at the site immediately following contract award and shut down the existing parking one week after providing the Owner with proper notice. The Contractor shall ensure that the project is substantially complete, and can be used by the public without interruption, by no later than June 25, 2014. Final completion is expected 2 weeks following substantial completion.
