Tanker Data Monitoring Service Subscription Background: Lloyd’s List Group Tanker Channel Subscription Service and Apex Database Subscription will provide the National Energy Board with reliable East Coast data, unreported crude oil export volumes and an enhanced market monitoring of the East Coast oil industry. Lloyd’s List Group is the only supplier that is an independent source to verify East Coast oil tanker shipments and assist in the reconciliation and verification of East Coast export data. It is the only supplier that will give NEB the ability to track both oil and gas tanker movements from Canada. Lloyd’s List data is accessible 24 hours a day/7 days a week and is updated with vessel movements daily. Lloyd’s service provides the following services that the NEB requires for export verification: Vessel tracking with AIS and Seasearcher Global Tracking Vessel movements, including historical Tanker channels (oil and gas) Ask an Analyst’ service - up to 3 hours per query Estimated value: $82,500.00 US Dollars Period of contract: Date of award for a period of one year Proposed Contractor: Lloyd’s List — a trading division of Informa UK Limited 119 Farringdon Road London EC1R 3DA United Kingdom
