Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M) for the Applications Services Stream.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:

A.8. System Analyst

Description of the requirement:

DND has a requirement for the provision of one System Analyst to support Director Land Command and Information (DLCI) staff in implementing the proper Service Management capability on the current Service Desk Express (SDE) tool, while also assisting in the customization of the SDE tool.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.  This requirement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award to 31 March 2015.  In addition, there is a requirement for three (3) options of one (1) year each.
