PAVEMENT LINE, HAZARD, DELINEATION AND PICTOGRAM MARKINGS

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of a Contractor who will be responsible for work and materials to perform pavement line, hazard, delineations and pictogram markings on its roads and parkways, parking lots and pathways as per the terms of reference. The work will be done in both Ottawa, ON and Gatineau, QC, therefore the provincial standards and regulations must apply as per the province where work is being performed. The work included in this specification involves the supplying of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, disposal fees, licensing, permits and permissions necessary to perform the work as well as the removal of all debris from sites.

This contract is for a period of four (4) years ending November 30, 2017.

To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on April 8, 2014 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NG257.

To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.

Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
