Description
With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Canadian Space Agency’s (CSA) Audit and Evaluation Directorate is requesting the services of a consulting firm for the evaluation of the International Market Access Program (comprising of the ESA contribution program) as per the CSA’s Five-Year departmental evaluation plan and in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Policy on Evaluation (2009).
The evaluation project will focus on the five core issues identified in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Directive on the Evaluation Function (2009), which includes issues of relevance and performance (effectiveness, efficiency and economy).
