Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement This requirement is for Elections Canada. This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1, Stream 3 for IM/IT Services for the following categories: I.5 IM Architect (Level 3) The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. 1. 2Keys Corporation 2. 3902641 Canada Inc 3. Spearhead Management Canada Ltd. 15. TRM Technologies Inc. Description of the requirement: The CEO created the Electoral Integrity Project Coordination Office (EIPCO) in December 2013 with the mandate of developing and implementing an electoral assurance and compliance strategy and framework for the 42nd GE. The strategy relies on three pillars of work: • Awareness, education and promotion; • Detection and monitoring; and • Execution and enforcement In order to achieve this, a complete review of the current EC’s Operations model is required. The IM Architect will provide their expertise to assist EC develop the required direction for the agency. The objective is to acquire a senior IM Architect in order to perform an in-depth review and analysis of EC’s business requirements in the domain of business intelligence and produce a viable and achievable solution to meet these needs and future business intelligence need EC. In addition, to assist business and technical teams with the understanding and adoption of the vision and tools to use with appropriate technology. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from award of contract (estimated at May 01, 2014) to April 30, 2015, with two (2) Option Year Periods of one year each.
