The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of providing services to reduce, reuse, and recycle all applicable materials and to collect and dispose of all waste streams from Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia. The duration of this contract is for two years with the option of two one year renewal options and the anticipated contract value is not expected to exceed $1,000,000.00 (excluding taxes) for the term of the agreement, including optional renewals. It is mandatory that the proponent visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM PDT. Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as: 2:00 p.m. EDT, on April 30, 2014 Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
