Title: uPerform consultant - ERP Technical Analyst, Level 3 Description: Health Canada’s SAP service center (FIRMS) currently uses Info Pak to produce and publish its training documentation. The Info Pak documentation tool version that Health Canada is using is no longer supported and is not compatible with the current version of SAP GUI. Health Canada’s current Info Pak configuration and technical foundation needs to be upgraded to support the documentation conversion process and the implementation of uPerform (Productivity Pak). There are approximately 1000 existing work instructions that will be required to be converted or re-created in uPerform. The FIRMS team requires an ERP Technical Analyst (level 3) to assist in the review of existing Info Pak system configuration and architecture and to work with the functional and basis teams to deliver the upgrade to uPerform in SAP ECC6.0 environment; The resource will: • assist in the conversion of Info Pak documents to uPerform where appropriate; • provide uPerform training to the FIRMS functional and uPerform Administration teams; • assist in the creation of e-learning courses leveraging the uPerform product.
