Systems Ltd. • TECSIS Corporation Description of the requirement: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for an Application/Software Architect. Tenders will be evaluated using mandatory and point rated criteria. To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the solicitation, meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria, and obtain the minimal score in point rated evaluation criteria as and when required. The successful bid will be selected on the basis of: highest combined rating of technical merit and price. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Award, ending one (1) year later. There will also be two (2) additional one (1) year option periods under the same terms and conditions.
