Description

CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a contractor to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems regularly scheduled maintenance and repair services on an as-when required basis, on Granville Island, Vancouver, BC.  
	It is optional that the proponent visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions.  The site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM PDT.  
	The value of this service, including any potential repairs, is not expected to exceed $115,000.00 CAD, including any applicable taxes, for the term of the agreement. The term of the agreement is for three years. 

	Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as:
	2:00 p.m. EDT, on May 7, 2014
