Title: Business Analyst Consultants 

Description: The Information Management Services Directorate (IMSD) of the Corporate Services Branch of Health Canada (HC) is responsible for managing a number of large informatics projects over the next three years, and is currently undertaking several large initiatives to respond to organizational priorities and maintain a consistent offering to our clients.  As a result, IMSD requires up to ten (20) Business Analyst Consultants, in combinations of Level Two (2) and Level Three (3) to assist it on an “as and when required basis”.  Up to a maximum of two (2) contracts will be awarded to the highest ranked bidders.
This requirement is for:

•	Up to ten (10) Business Analyst (Level 2) and 
•	Up to ten (10) Business Analyst (Level 3);

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal, however should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment.
