Nature of Requirements: 


The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to have a least one psychiatric assessment report for any offender with a life or indeterminate sentence.  These assessments address mental illness or disorder and mental capacity, and provide information to CSC on intervention strategies which are needed by the offender. 

Objectives:  The objective of this contract is to obtain psychiatric risk assessments on inmates as per policy.

Deliverables:  Professional opinion and recommendations included in a psychiatric assessment report.

Expected Delivery Date: June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014 and 2 option years

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
