Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement to establish A Supply Arrangement with Contractors capable of providing aboriginal consultation services in support of engagement that will take place in Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. The required services are divided in five categories: • Aboriginal Consultations • Research, Data Analysis and Report/Document Preparation • Logistic Planning Services • Evaluation Framework for Aboriginal Consultation • Project Management Services. Via this Supply Arrangement, NRCan will be able to issue RFP with pre-qualified suppliers to fulfill their requirements for aboriginal consultation activities in a timely manner, while respecting the need for a competitive process and providing opportunities for consultants. Suppliers must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2008. For services requirements, Suppliers in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA). The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
