PIRA has a network of clients including producing companies and countries, including OPEC, energy consuming countries, pipelines and various energy associations. As a result, PIRA is privy to commercially sensitive information regarding these energy commodities and the politics of energy. PIRA uses their contacts and information to provide market analysis and forecasts that no other company can provide. Reason for Single Tendering Conditions: In accordance with the Government Contract Regulation exception, this requirement is being directed to the proposed Contractor who is the only known company capable of performing the contract.
