Defence Construction Canada – Request for Letters of Interest for Owners Advocate Consultant Team Services - Data Centre near Angus, Ontario.
	
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Letters of Interest from architectural/engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: 
-	Preparation of Performance Specifications and assistance during the tender call and construction phases for the construction of a new data centre near Angus, Ontario.  This project is currently investigating the use of a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) Private-Partnership Model.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established requirements in the Request for Letters of Interest.  The requirements relates to industrial security.  The objective of this Request for Letters of Interest is to identify interested consultants that currently hold the proper level of security.  Only consultants that meet the security requirements at the close of the Request for Letters of Interest will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Request for Letters of Interest available from MERX at www.merx.com.

The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $100 to 150 million.

Firms that consider they hold the proper level of security clearance are invited to submit their Letter of Interest.  The Letter of Interest must be received at the following address, no later than:
