BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SERVICE (GETS) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF RFP DOCUMENTS Location of work to be performed: NCR Security Requirement: Security Requirements Check List (SRCL): #19 Supplier Security Clearance required: FSC Secret Security Level required (Document Safeguarding): None Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority listed below: File Number: 100001750 Contracting Authority: Mimi Rabouin Email: nc-solicitations-gd@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca The Chief Financial Operation Branch (CFOB) for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement to review and evaluate the administrative cost allocation for charging both the Employment Insurance Operating (EIO) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) accounts to determine if it still fairly and equitably apportions costs between Employment and Social Development (ESDC) and the EIO and CPP accounts and that the allocation provides for a proper reflection of cost by program. This requirement is for a 4 month period. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
