M3. The bidder must show that the project team has experience using 32P-postlabelling with thin-layer chromatography combined with Instant Imager Technology. The bidder must have experience using a validated assay that requires only microgram quantities (i.e., 10-20 μg) of DNA, and is capable of detecting adducts at frequencies as low as 1 adduct in 1010 nucleotides. The bidder must show that the project team is capable of analyzing large numbers of samples (e.g., 1000/yr).
