    Notice of Proposed Procurement
    	This requirement is for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD)
    DFATD requires Property Brokerage Services to sell one (1) residential property in Chicago, IL.  DFATD intends to award one (1) Contract from this solicitation process. The Department has obtained an appraisal on the property which is ready for immediate sale.  The services will be required from the date of Contract Award until the property in Chicago is sold. 
    
    
    Selection Process: 
    
    This is an open, competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to the RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals.  The Basis of Selection is by Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%). The Proponent with the highest combined score will be awarded a Contract. The Basis of Payment shall consist of a fixed percentage price based on the final sale price of the property.  
    
    Proponents wishing to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation must attend a mandatory site visit on June 25, 2014 at 10:00am at 20E Cedar St., Apt. 12C, Chicago IL, USA. 
    
    DFATD will accept electronic proposals by email. Electronic proposals must include two separate file attachments for the Technical and Price Proposals. 
    
    Proponents must order Request for Proposals documents, which includes the Draft Contract, from GETS.
    
    In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence.
