Description of the requirement: Industry Canada’s Chief Information Office/Business Solutions Branch (CIO/BSB) requires the services of a senior Programmer/Analyst to maintain, to the minimum extent possible, its existing legacy Spectrum Management System (SMS) of Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications (SITT) Sector to maintain services to spectrum users in order to ensure the success of the Spectrum Application Modernization (SAM) Project. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be for one (1) year from date of contract award (tentative start date is June 2014), with the irrevocable option to extend the period of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
