    Description
    INTRODUCTION
    
    The Science Branch, Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Maritimes Region, Dartmouth, N.S. requires the complete services of a vessel to be used to complete a trawl survey to assess the stock status of the lobster stocks in LFAs 34-38
    
    The expected level of effort is up to a maximum of 92 stations over a period of an estimated 15 sea days.
    
    PERIOD OF CONTRACT
    
    Initial Contract Period: The initial contract period commences upon award of contract and ends May 31st, 2015 as detailed in Statement of Work. 
    
    Option To Extend The Contract
    
    There will be an option to extend the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016 and June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2017.
    
    SECURITY
    
    There is no Security Requirement to perform work under this contract.
    
    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
    
    There is no Intellectual Property generated from this contract.
