NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
TASK BASED E60ZN-13TSPS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - (TSPS) REQUIREMENT

This requirement is only open to the following pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS).

Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada requires the services of a contractor to provide human resource staffing services in the senior management level that includes but not limited to, the following:

a)	Prepare generic position descriptions and evaluation rationales for Head of Mission positions;
b)	Prepare generic position descriptions and evaluation rationales for EX positions in the geographic groups in HQ;
c)	Prepare new position descriptions and evaluation rationales for EX positions in HQ;
d)	Up-date current position description and evaluation rationale for at least 30 EX positions;
e)	Participation on the reparation of a TBS submission regarding the baseline allocation.

Up to three (3) contracts will be awarded for this requirement.  The contract period is from contract award until March 31, 2015.
