Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) 14-81325 (PWGSC SA No. EN578-055605) (TBIPS) This requirement is for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD). Under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Method of Supply, we have a requirement for the following: Two – Programmer/Analyst (Level 3) Services will be required from July 2, 2014 to June 30, 2015 with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods.
