    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M), stream for Project Management Services.
    
    This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for: P.9 – Project Manager

    Description of the requirement:
    
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the services of four (4) Project Managers (Level 3) to manage and lead IM/IT project tasks. There are various IM/IT projects within the Major Projects directorate at different stages of their project life cycle. These projects must be managed to completion utilizing project management methodologies and tools available through the RCMP organization.
    
    Tenders will be evaluated using mandatory and point rated criteria.  To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the solicitation, meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria, and obtain the minimal score in point rated evaluation criteria as and when required. 
    
    The successful bid will be selected on the basis of: highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price (30%).
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    
    The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Award, ending one (1) year later. There will also be one (1) additional one-year option period under the same terms and conditions.
