    This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:
    
    I.5 IM Architect – Level 3: One (1) resource

    Description of the requirement:
    
    The objective of this Supply Arrangement is to establish a contract with a single service provider to provide support for Information Management/ Information Technology related activities. In providing these services, the Contractor will be required to undertake the activities described in the scope of work. 
    
    The Secretariat requires a qualified Contractor to ensure and assist the Secretariat in meeting the following objectives:
    
    Successful preparation and implementation of Information Management plan(s) and improvement strategies in support of the Secretariat’s priorities and initiatives;
    
    Provide advice to assist the Secretariat in meeting all of its responsibilities by managing information consistent with our legal, regulatory and ethical obligations, and according to its values; 
    
    Reviews the Secretariat’s core business practices and where necessary embed additional information management practice(s) are to be reinforced to reduce duplication;
     
    That independence, trust of our stakeholders and security of our information is upheld; and
    
    Provide advice and recommendation to the Secretariat so that records, documents and information are retained, stored and disposed of in compliance with Court Directives, Legislation and Departmental policy. 
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    
    The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2015 with (2) two (1) one year Option Period.
