DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #HQ1007AS– Municipal Utility Services, Phases 1b and 2 in Support of the Medium Heavy Lift Helicopter Facility, Garrison Petawawa. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct new water, curbs, storm sewers, power and communication infrastructure, as well as roads and road upgrades.
