TITLE :  2 ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES FOR THE RCMP RIMOUSKI DETACHEMENT

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Not Applicable. 
 For the purchase and delivery of 2 All Terrain vehicles (ATV) model year 2014 (or latest manufacturer model year) for the RCMP detachment in Rimouski, Québec. 
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The Period of the Contract shall be from the date of the Contract Award until all the work is finalized in accordance with the contract / delivery of all goods.
MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA:
The bidder must provide bid and deliver all the goods that meet all the technical specifications no later than august 8th 2014.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
The successful bidder will be selected on the basis of the lowest responsive bid.  To be considered responsive, the tender submission must meet all the above mandatory criteria.  
SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
