Description
Natural Resources Canada is seeking proposals from bidders to upgrade the refrigeration system in 13 growth chambers in order to comply with the Ozone-depleting Substances Regulations (ODSR) and the Federal Halocarbon Regulations. The work will involve replacing the current refrigeration system with a new unit. The objective of the contract is complete the upgrade of 13 growth chambers by March 31, 2016, subject to the budget’s availability. The first growth chamber will be done at contract award and the other 12 growth chambers are optional and conditional to the success of the first upgrade. They will be completed as soon as the budget becomes available.
