The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter a Supply Arrangement with qualified proponents to provide Commercial Property and Asset Management Services for the Pension and CMHC Insurance funds. Supply Arrangement holders will be asked, if deemed necessary by Senior CMHC Management, to step in and replace existing managers or to manage new acquisitions. • Property Managers, as independent contractors, may be asked to manage the operation and leasing of commercial real estate assets (i.e. office, retail, industrial). • Asset Managers, as independent contractors, may be asked to advise on the best manner to manage any matters regarding commercial real estate assets (i.e. office, retail, industrial) and assist with and supervise the implementation of the Business Strategy. The term of this Supply Arrangement will be for 3 years and the anticipated volume over that period is expected to be approximately $450,000.00, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSA document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00pm EDT on August 12, 2014. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
