Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier “1” (= $0-$2M) for the following Streams:

Stream 1: Applications Services;
Stream 3: IM/IT Services; and
Stream 5: Project Management Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:

Application /Software Architect Level 3
Programmer/Software Developer Level 1;
Programmer/Analyst Level 3;
Tester Level 3;
Technical Architect Level 3; AND
Technology Architect Level 3

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the requirement:

DND requires the professional services, on an as-and-when required basis, for one (1) Application/Software Architect Level 3, two (2) Programmer/Software Developers Level 1, one (1) Programmer/Analyst Level 3, one (1) Tester Level 3, four (4) Technical Architects Level 3, and two (2) Technology Architects Level 3.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract Award to 31 December 2014, plus one 3-month option period.
