Psychological Counselling Services, Northwest New Brunswick This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Edmundston, New Brunswick. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for psychological Services to offenders. Objectives: To provide psychological assessment and counselling services to offenders as referred by the Parole Officer Supervisor in consultation with a treatment/supervision team consisting of the Contractor, Parole Officer Supervisor, Parole Officer, and the psychologist responsible for the quality assurance of the contracted work. Deliverables: On termination of treatment (this includes formal discharge, transfer to another District, revocation and WED), the Contract will submit a Final Treatment Report.
