The purpose of this procurement is to obtain organizational development and change management expertise to advance the successful implementation of the Competition Bureau’s “Realignment Initiative.” This will position the Bureau to achieve high levels of compliance with the Competition Act by enhancing operations and placing greater emphasis on prevention, voluntary compliance and competition promotion.
