    Description of the requirement:
    
    The Enterprise Solutions Maintenance Directorate (ESMD) is responsible for managing enterprise wide IT solutions for the Department in support of external business and internal services. The Directorate implements enhancements and new functions or modules and provides ongoing support for enterprise applications such as:
    
    •Integrated Finance & Material System (IFMS)
    •Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
    •Contributions Management Information System (CMIS)
    •Grants and Contributions Reporting System (GCRS)
    •Departmental Project and Portfolio Management Tool (DPPM)
    •Grants & Contributions Application Intake System 
    •Industrial Technologies Office Data Warehouse (ITODW)
    
    An Eforms application developer is required to assist in analyzing, designing and developing electronic forms solutions for the internet/intranet as well as coordinating the production, printing/ warehousing distribution of forms for the department. The work includes new forms development, enhancements to existing forms as well as maintaining the current printing and Eforms systems including: 
    
    •	Analysis of business requirements; 
    •	Meeting with clients to finalize requirements;
    •	Defining Eforms technical solutions/options;
    •	Documenting & presenting solutions/options to clients;
    •	Providing estimates (effort and time);  
    •	Application development;
    •	Client/end-user support;
    •	Implementation of Eforms solution (intranet/internet);
    •	Writing detailed and technical printing specifications for the procurement of all forms in the Department 
    •	Technical documentation of a form including code, design, fields, process.
    
    The Eforms application developer will be working with a small group of application developers using Adobe Livecycle Designer and other applications in use at Industry Canada
    
    The proposed period of contract shall be on an “As and when requested services” from:
    
    Initial Contract Period:  Contract award to October 31, 2015 plus 4 option year periods
