Cabin Lake Dam Rehabilitation - Jasper National Park - Architectural & Engineering Design

Requirement:

Complete all investigations required to do the required design work for the Cabin Lake Dam, in Jasper National Park, and complete preliminary and detailed designs including tender documents and drawings that address the issues that require construction to bring the dam back into a safe condition as identified in the Dam Safety Review report. 


Optional Site Visit:

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on October 8, 2014. The site visit will begin at the Cabin Lake Dam - Jasper National Park.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Project Timeline:

The work must be completed on or before March 31, 2015.

Information:

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
