CompuAids Inc. o/a Enterprise Systems and Solutions Group IT/NET – Ottawa Inc MDA Systems Ltd Procom Consultants Group Ltd The Barrington Consulting Group Inc Description of the requirement: The ESDC-CIC Global Case Management System – Social Insurance Register Project has a requirement for a resource to assist in the development of the enterprise interoperability solution components. The objectives of this requirement are to acquire the services of a level 2 Programmer/Software Developer - SOA to supplement the existing project team and provide the necessary support to project delivery through application development. TASK: Throughout the contract period, the resource must lead and participate in the planning and build phases, including: a) Developing low-level detailed requirements, programming, and systems development of Oracle SOA, BPM suites and custom SOA development; b) Participating in the development of technical plans, strategic directions, standards and procedures as requested from the SOA development team lead; c) Maintaining a work plan for items assigned for development including task status, completion date, percentage complete, etc.; d) Designing, building, testing and documenting integration components; e) Developing programs, reports and interfaces based on functional specifications; f) Ensuring reusability of components; g) Identifying opportunities to reuse enterprise technology services and standards. h) Interacting with other teams to understand schedule dependencies, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure milestones are met; i) Providing timely knowledge transfer to ESDC’s project team staff through individual and group training, shadowing, demonstrations and written instructions; j) Submitting status reports in MS Word format on a monthly basis; and, k) Assisting in developing and presenting various project status updates as well as project deliverables. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award date to April 30, 2015 plus the irrevocable option to extend the contract by up to 2 additional two-month periods under the same terms and conditions.
