Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Services:
CFFM1402, Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Detachment Dundurn, CFB Saskatchewan, CFB Shilo and 17 Wing Winnipeg.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Contractors to provide services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, which will be located at Detachment Dundurn, CFB Saskatchewan, CFB Shilo and 17 Wing Winnipeg. 

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP).  The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as the Proponent’s organizational structure and approach and methodology.  The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.

The Contractor will be required to provide ITM services for an initial length period of one (1) year. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods beyond the initial length period.
