Amendment 02 Question #1: Appendix A of the RFP outlines the indicators NEB requires (pages 43-44). We’d like to confirm which series are required at the province level and which are required at the national level. In some cases it is obvious, but in others (for example household expenditures) we’re not sure if NEB requires both provinces as well as the national level. Answer: GDP Price Index, Long term Bond Rate, Consumer Price Index and Exchange Rates are required at the national level. All other series are desired at the provincial level. However, if there are data availability and/or quality concerns with any of these series (excluding those explicitly identified as being required at a provincial level), we will consider alternate proposals. Question #2: Should we be awarded this contract, we will need to register for PBN. In order to register for a PBN, as I understand it, we will first need to obtain a PBN#. Can you advise as to how long obtaining these registrations typically takes?
