    Industry Canada requires the services of a Senior Business Consultant to assist the management team in multiple procurement initiatives. The Senior Business Consultant will be required to assist the Branch’s IM/IT management team(s) in converting IM/IT and related business resource requirements into multiple Government of Canada supply arrangement requests for proposals along with providing business consulting expertise on various branch(es) initiatives.
    
    This Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks and deliverables.
    
    Tasks:
    •	Analyze project/initiative(s) resource requirements;
    •	Determine user business and/or IM/IT requirements;
    •	Determine resource requirements;
    •	Develop IM/IT, business and technical specifications;
    •	Develop resource plans;
    •	Develop standard operating procedures;
    •	Develop RFP submission documentation for TBIPS, THS, TSPS, etc.
    •	Participate and/or lead evaluations; and
    •	Draft, refine and document organizational process flow diagrams; and
    •	Develop tracking reports, management presentations, briefing notes and status reports.
    
    Deliverables:
    •	Business requirements analysis; 
    •	Review and update of IM/IT and/or business project resource requirements; 
    •	Development of IM/IT, business and technical statements of requirements;
    •	RFP submission documents development (TBIPS, TSPS, THS, etc.);
    •	Bid evaluations;
    •	Resource plans;
    •	Process flow diagrams;
    •	Resource tracking reports; and
    •	Senior management presentations, briefing notes and status reports. 
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    
    The proposed period of contract shall be from:  Initial Contract Period:  Contract award to October 31, 2015 plus 1 option year period
