RFI Scope

Farm Credit Canada offers a significant portion of internal learning events to employees in an e-learning format available through a learning management system (LMS). FCC is requesting information from vendors to identify potential learning content management solutions or learning authoring tools that meet requirements as outlined by the target users. It is important for FCC to ensure a supported solution is in place as a large number of employees are dependent on the learning events to support their professional development and to complete business processes. 
The published content must be either SCORM 1.2 or AICC compliant in order to work with FCC’s current Learning Management System, PeopleSoft ELM 9.1. FCC is looking for a tool to create course templates that enable authors or content owners to create/edit content consistently across FCC; including functionality such as versioning, translating, archiving, reviewing and testing capabilities.
