Description
The Natural Sciences & Engineering research Council of Canada has a requirement of an Evaluation of it’s Science and Engineering Promotion sub-program. 
This project requires the services of a team of resources under Stream 2 Business Consulting/Change Management Stream of the Supply Arrangement for Solution Based Services in the Task and Solutions Professional Services method of supply.  The goal of this project is to develop an evaluation design that will be used to conduct the evaluation of the Science and Engineering Promotion sub-program and to conduct some components of this evaluation. The evaluation is required as per the evaluation coverage requirements stipulated in the Treasury Board’s Policy on Evaluation and with respect to section 42.1 of the Financial Administrative Act.
