Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier to undertake and provide services to test, inspect, service, and repair fire protection and safety equipment with 15 buildings managed by CMHC on Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia. The term of this contract is for 3 years and the value of this contract is not expected to exceed $60,000.00, including all applicable taxes. Proposals must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 21, 2014. It is mandatory that the proponent visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on October 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM PDT. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
