    The work covered under this project is the provision of Helicopter services for the capture, blood test, radio collar and release, or if required, euthanization, and removal (sling), of up to 200 elk in RMNP during 2014/2015 season in Riding Mountain National Park of Canada.
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2015. The Contract may be extended to March 31, 2016 to meet targets.
    
    Solicitation Closes at 2:00PM Central Standard Savings Time (CST) October 17, 2014.
    
    All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries should be received no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response
